Government housing company
Managing approximately 40,000 properties engaging assets, tenants, and multiple operational units under regulatory oversight

The challenge
A government-affiliated housing company managing approximately 40,000 properties operated under fragmented reporting. Issues across assets, contractors, and tenant interactions surfaced through monthly summaries - too late for action. Regulatory oversight added pressure for documented, defensible operational decisions that the existing reporting cadence could not support.
What we built
We built a continuous-monitoring system that integrates asset data, contractor performance, and operational signals into a single view. Anomalies are detected in real time and routed to the right operational unit. Contractor performance is quantified per asset, giving management a defensible basis for renewal and termination decisions.
What changed
Issue detection across the portfolio
Contractor accountability
quantified across renewals
Cost control across portfolio
